- Does the seller have a real world location where you can try the chairs before you buy?
- Does the seller have direct contact details for phone and email on their website, or just a generic contact form?
- What are the customer reviews like on the website? (flowery and generic = likely AI bots)
- Do the sellers Socials have content with real people & evidential use of the product? Or is it just ads?
- Does the seller attend shows or hold their own real world events?
- Does the seller offer a warranty with (real) terms of sale published on their website?
- Can you get direct product support and queries answered by a human?
If the answer was no to any of the above it’s possible you’ll get a flawed product, or worse still not even what you ordered, or worse still, you won't get anything at all, and get stuck in a loop of automated / circular messages. The chair (or any product) you’re buying may be from a marketing front drop shipper with an online presence and not much else. The chance of dodge products that don't match description is high, and it's likely you'll get zero response to queries or requests for support if something goes wrong. If you’re happy to take a (huge) risk on what you're ordering and aren't that fussed then fine, no worries. However If you want a genuine quality product 100% of time, deal with the real deal only. Tuff Arse is the real deal.
